The Inquiry was due to hear evidence on Oxevision on 14 May 2025, this has now been postponed. A new witness statement, from Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (EPUT), has been introduced, requiring time for proper review. In the interests of fairness, the Chair has decided to postpone this evidence to a later date.
Chair, Baroness Kate Lampard:
‘I wish to reassure Core Participants to this Inquiry
and the public that the use of Oxevision is and will
remain a matter of significant interest for the Inquiry.
My decision to postpone evidence into this area
should not be viewed in any way as enabling EPUT to
avoid answering questions about its use of Oxevision or
to evade responsibility. Quite the reverse.’
