Today, 5 November 2024, the Inquiry has announced that Hestia will be providing trauma informed emotional support for those engaging with the inquiry.

Hestia’s support includes allowing a space for those engaging with us to:

  • Discuss any concerns and feelings related to the Inquiry in a safe manner.
  • Jointly develop personal strategies to help maintain their wellbeing as they engage with the Inquiry.

Hestia may also share a range of effective techniques and skills for managing difficult emotions and memories.

Please be aware that the emotional support service is not a mental health service. If you, or someone else, needs help for a mental health crisis or emergency, please call 999 or attend at your nearest A&E.
