The Lampard Inquiry is holding a virtual Hearing from Monday 25th November to Wednesday 27th November 2024.
The November Hearing will provide a further opportunity for the Inquiry to hear impact and commemorative evidence from the families and friends of those who have died.
The Inquiry will not be hearing impact evidence from current or former patients at the November Hearing. The Inquiry is committed to hearing patient voices as part of our work and take seriously our responsibility to ensure their wellbeing and safety. We are reviewing our processes, in-line with our safeguarding responsibilities, for how people in this group will provide evidence to the inquiry and this will be shared in due course.
The November Hearing will also include further Opening Statements, which are usually made by the legal representative for Core Participants, from those who did not provide them in September.
The Hearing will be live streamed online and those participating will do so remotely. We place the wellbeing of those involved in the Inquiry at the centre of our work and emotional support will be available for any witnesses engaging with the Inquiry during the November Hearing. We will update the website with further details about the November Hearing soon
