As of today, the public consultation on the Terms of Reference is now closed. We would like to thank all who have contributed to the consultation.
The Inquiry’s Chair, Baroness Lampard, will now review the contributions and finalise her recommendations for any amendments to the Terms of Reference.
Baroness Lampard intends to send her recommendations for any amendments to the Terms of Reference to government ahead of the Christmas parliamentary recess so that the final Terms of Reference can be published in the New Year. These will also be published on the Inquiry’s website.
