The Inquiry was due to hear evidence on Oxevision on 14 May 2025, this has now been postponed. A new witness statement, from Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (EPUT), has been introduced, requiring time for proper review. Background Presentations Published
The Inquiry has commissioned two presentations, produced by The King’s Fund and National Collaborating Centre for Mental Health, which are now available on the Background Presentations to Inquiry Hearings page. Both presentations serve as an introduction to the complex themes the Inquiry will explore in greater detail during the public hearings.

Disclosure update – March 2025
